From Year 1 onwards, our students can choose Italian as an elective subject with one or two lessons per week. In these lessons, basic communicative skills are developed in a relaxed atmosphere. The focus is on speaking and understanding in order to quickly be able to master everyday situations. The proximity of phonetic and written form makes it easy to get started in Italian and progress is usually rapid.
Italian as an elective subject offers the opportunity to learn another EU foreign language. Italy is an important trading partner of Hungary, a popular vacation destination and the language of fashion and great operas.
